Can I access Bill Pay Online through Mobile Banking?
No, at this time Bill Pay is not available for Business Mobile.
Can I transfer funds 24/7 with Business Mobile Banking?
Transfers can be submitted but they will not take place after banking hours or on holidays. Your scheduled transfers will take place the following business day. Transfers made after 5:00 PM CT or on a non-business day will not post until the following business day.
Do I use the same credentials on the mobile application as the Cash Management site?
Yes, you will use the same credentials for both the mobile application as the Cash Management Site.
What services can I use on the Business Mobile Application?
At this time, you may make Positive Pay decisions, add Positive Pay issue items and void issued items, add stop payments, make internal transfers, and apply for a new account.
Will I have to still use my token when I login through the app?
Yes, if you have a token requirement for your current profile you will be required to use it with the mobile app.
