WHAT WILL NOT TRANSITION OVER TO OUR NEW SYSTEM

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate the transition of certain online banking features, including:

  • E-Statement history/images for your accounts will NOT transfer, but you will still be enrolled in E-Statements in the new system. To retain a copy of your current history, be sure to download or print the statements you would like to keep.
  • External Transfers and Personal Finance Management will no longer be available, so be sure to download or print payee information so that you can set up new payments in Bill Pay.
  • The last day you can send or receive payments through Zelle® is Thursday, June 9. Activity history and contacts/recipients will NOT transfer to our new system, so be sure to screenshot this information for future reference. Once you’re reestablished your Online and Mobile Banking profile, you can reenroll in Zelle.®
  • Text and email alerts will NOT transfer and need to be recreated once you have logged in to Online Banking.
  • Direct Connect enrollment with Quicken® and QuickBooks® will need to be reestablished on Monday, June 13 by updating the financial institution to reflect Centennial Bank.

Mobile Banking

Once you have logged in to Online Banking, be sure to download the Happy mobile app to:

  • View transaction history and make transfers between accounts
  • Send money to friends, family and people you know
  • Locate branches and ATMs
