ATM / MasterCard Debit Card

• Happy State Bank is part of the MoneyPass ATM network
• For your convenience, there are 26 Happy State Bank ATMs located in the Texas Panhandle and thousands of MoneyPass network ATMs located throughout the nation that you can use surcharge-free (see our ATM location map)
• When you open your account you may receive your ATM card at that time.
• You select your PIN (personal identification number) when you receive your card.
• You may withdraw up to $300 per business day
• Transactions performed at a nonproprietary ATM (any ATM other than a Happy State Bank ATM or MoneyPass ATM) will result in a charge of $1.50 per transaction.
• MasterCard debit card allows your purchase to be deducted from your checking account without writing a check.
• Debit card can also work exactly like an ATM card.
• MasterCard debit card is accepted by any MasterCard merchant around the world.
• Select your own PIN (personal identification number) at the time you open your account at Happy State Bank.
• $1,000 business day authorization limit in addition to your business day ATM withdrawal limit of $300.
• Debit card activity is reflected on your monthly bank statement.
